    We tarp off and document the area, mesh over your HVAC, and cover the surroundings. We tear off down to the deck and inspect the decking and fascia, replacing anything damaged as needed. Then we lay underlayment and panels, photographing every step and sharing it with you and the engineer. Note: even a day or two of bad weather can push your dates more than the lost days alone — crews get scheduled onto other jobs — so if weather hits, we rebook you the moment it clears.

    Your production manager physically gets up on the roof to inspect the finished install in person — not from the ground, not off a photo. Anything that isn't perfect goes on a punch list, and our crew isn't paid until every item on it is cleared.
